VANILLA – 31.01.2026
Everyone knows about vanilla, enhancing the taste of SWEET dessert, cakes, I suppose? Certainly folks who bake.
In MY CASE: I knew that too of course, having baked a cake or two.
However: I am also an ESSENTIAL OIL lover.
Worked with them PROFESSIONALLY, since 1992…. starting out as a C.A.T. practitioner/consultant (Comprehensive Alternative Therapy), and since then….they remained my favourites.
I collect them too.
Okay: back to: psychological:
VANILLA is one of those lovely mild essential oils everyone can use…. ( 5cc vanilla in 20 cc carrier oil – a few drops palm your hands and just rub it in.
WORKS through the skin of the hands.

I recently stumbled on some information with regard to The 3 DUTCH Brothers Van Lymborch.
I had never heard of them. Turns out most people do not know them.
They came from NIJMEGEN, and all 3 worked as *illustrators*.
600 years ago: we had scribes, and illustrators HAND-painted those medieval masterpieces.
It is suspected the 3 brethren died (1385/1416) of The Plague, quite forgotten 😭, so young, so gifted too.
This lovely illustration caught my eye specially: The Astrological ZODIAC.
