P E A C E
(A moment to take the weight off my feet)

Normally when one reads the word peace, one also has read, or has thought about war… war in The Ukraine, war in GAZA, the more global horrors.

In my case: PEACE…. feeling the need to lie flat on my back, with my head up, against a few pillows: ah, lovely 😍PEACE.. taking the weight of my feet… for a few minutes…. a feeling of PEACE… (that felt like).

And: First word that came to my mind… honestly.

In my defense:

I had been rather busy/active non-stop for about 6 hours, doing this/that, walking here/there, bending, lifting, moving around.

Nothing spectacular to even think about normally, except: I just opened WordPress Jetstream with that daily prompt 😎, whilst in the process of taking a few minutes relaxing time/out. PEACE.

And: BELOW: this ugly scar, LUMBAR DISC FUSIONS: and 💯!! the reason why I still need to take things slowly 🐌 …grr.
