P.P.I. = PROTON PUMP INHIBITOR (an allopathic medicine), these days often if not always prescribed by medical doctors WHEN *on NSAIDS PAIN KILLERS* !!!

Should you want to wean off taking the PPI medicine đź’Š do consult the physician, who prescribed them!
Note: Not that long ago: doctors prescribed NSAIDS (Non Steroid Anti Inflammatory DrugS), for P.A.I.N.S.!! And lots of people began to get STOMACH issues, including ACID REFLUX they never had before taking these painkillers.
If you are like me and you do not want to take painkillers and PPI pills for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE: this is useful information.
