Why?
Visiting to have a look, at some Mediterranean Islands I like a lot is logistically not so easy, departing from Southern Turkey.
Would I like to live/relocate there as a long-term resident. On my to-do list for years.
Note: Why I started living in Turkey is a truly weird story and why I stayed so long is still beyond me.
It happened, and the urge to leave is strong because of how they STILL run their country!
They just have that mentality, and frame of mind, with therefore:
Not a hope in sight for improvement, a healthier economy, lowering the inflation and above all providing the people decent human lives for the next two decades is least, is my assessment.
What have you been putting off doing? Why?
I kept putting it off, getting out, living in a for me mentally healthier place.
Getting to a Mediterranean island, best done in summer, but overcrowded with mass tourism, is a hassle, both summer and winter from Southern Turkey, because of centuries old political issues, connections are poorly.
But: 2024 by air connections had improved, and several online excellent websites now exist: offering real estate, which is a big help preparing myself in advance.
