*Mid July:
emergency admittance local hospital, middle of the night: acute, crawling with pain, huge GALLBLADDER infection.

(Quite an achievement, I can tell you)
Oh, I said *weakly*, about ready to get up and go home (with anti-biotic medications 💊). No no no, said the surgeon in charge: we keep you here, until that is *under control* and I sank back in my pillows, groaning, oh no…
*Mid August:
and after endless checks: MRI, Ultra Sound, Xray, because I kept having pains and balance issues: outcome: 3 seriously damaged LUMBAR vertebrae.
Advise neuro-chirurg: an operation.

Okay I decided: this is never going to get any better, nor heal itself, so: an operation, which lasted 6 hours, with a 7 day stay in hospital.
(Operation successful, the patient survived).
But I had no idea what all that meant, nor involved AFTERwards, back *at home*
(You don’t want to know actually.)
Loaded with bags of allopathic meds I was sent home, and the wound had to be cleaned and dressed 3x pw, the next 3 weeks. Then back to the hospital to have the stitches removed.
Mid September:
I kept having PAINS, ghastly, back to the hospital: blood-check revealed I had a MILD bladder/urinal tract infection.
Again a bag full of allopathic meds to combat that PLUS:
Abdominal pains, cramps, I.B.S (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) AND: the entire GALLINAIRY TRACT system, and getting NORMAN bowel functions again.

Note:
During that entire period: mid June – end September I did NOT get ONE decent night’s SLEEP!!
Not in the hospital, where they keep checking your vitals every 2/3 hours, renew serums, meds, administered I.V., and you have a catheter too.
Back home 🏡 the same *biological pattern* became my lot: every 1.5 – 2.5 hours at night, I woke up, needing to pee!!
Terrible, plus I soon discovered: extremely exhausting!!
Note” no way, did I have a *normal* day, for 2.5 months!! 75 days!!
Like wake/up in the morning, having a day, an evening, and then beddiebies: sleeping an uninterrupted 7/8 hours.
Note: my PAINS continued too!! Best described as a combination of LUMBAGO and SCIATICA!

Note: The picture I took of myself today: I felt a bit better!!!
Less pains, a better urinal function, AND: for 2 nights I had been able to SLEEP without interruptions for 8 hours!!
Boy I thought this morning 🌄 that feels much better, with feelings of HOPE!!! that I am finally albeit it still slowly 🐌 to FEELING NORMAL.
Had a great restorative bath, shampooed my hair and for the first time in 10 week: I got dressed in NORMAL clothes, instead of comfy stuff because I was spending most of my time (24/7) IN BED!!!
/_________/_________/_________/_________/./././
Hooray.
My smile still looks a bit weakish, I myself actually can SEE, I look like I have been suffering. Which has been the case!!!
The PAINS moving, walking, muscles mostly were dreadful. BUT: I am on the mend!!
Note 📝 📋 there is in my experience NOW nothing more healing, restorative than a decent good night’s sleep of 7/8 hours, in my case WITHOUT any medication 💊 to *artificially* enforce sleep.

WITHOUT PAINS specially

Everyone has a body, NERVES, bones, vertebrae, organs, a brain, EMOTIONS, worries, FEAR(S).
So: I plead: be compassionate with someone IN PAIN!!!

My body needs time to ADJUST functioning properly, and get stronger.

This one is IKARIA, a lovely one, with kind, happy people.
