I love energy.
At the moment, after a back operation – major surgery – (a lumbar discectomy), in rehabilitation mode:
A kind, positive and physically strong person – few hours daily to do my normal daily chores: *gives me energy*, ie leaves me with enough energy to rehabilitate!!
Note: The surgery, mid August: probably long overdue, went very well.
Happy I decided to get that *done*: damaged lumbar vertebrae and the major nerves: caused increasingly a lot of pain, and other secondary complaints.
THAT never gets any better, only worse.
So until MID-February 2025: in a rehab program, AT HOME 🏡 after major back surgery.😴😴
