A way of life, and having a certain lifestyle requires: determination and staying on course. DAILY, 24/7.

What are your daily habits?

In my case: my daily habits, 24/7, are normal when it comes to the normal human issues.

I cannot image to be honest that anyone on the planet is interested READING that: was the first thought about this prompt.🤓

Who cares whether I brush my teeth, have a bath/shower, check my finances, emails, nor what time I get up, go to sleep, exercise, sit, to whom I talk +++.

Overall my daily habits are very SEASONAL: annual, monthly, and weekly – year in year out – until my very last days. (I am programmed like that.)

Some habits: *musts*:

# always make sure to look presentable: in case of unexpected visitors, ringing my front door bell

# always make sure that my house is clean, tidy:

## my bedroom: bed made, spotless, smelling good, my kitchen as well: (no dirty dishes in the sink), my toilets too, tidy cupboards, even a tidy storage, at the moment/summer: all winter stuff stored with dust covers/in polyethylene bags.

Note: This may sound weird/compulsory, however: I am like that, from the moment I ran my own adult life: born a hyper-sensitive, having *allergies*, who learned to live with that unpleasant *handicap*.

In addition: my main most important + useful DAILY habit, as a MULTIPLE sensitive: I sense *the invisibles*: (also called INVASIVE ENERGY).

For the latter I developed certain skills and techniques, training,and a lot of HOLISTIC THERAPY studies/know-how/experience.

DAILY 24/7 that is *conscious* WORK: with topics like: cellular repair, anti-aging, longevity, and plain common sense *survival.*
