Reason: It is a great drink, warms you at the gills, can easily, quickly be made at home, cheap too, and can be stored (following exact instructions: how to, or else it goes bad).
I love eggnog, made a few badges over Xmas 2023 and then suddenly remembered: VOV… which I drank in Italy, as a skier, coming back from the icy cold piste, in one of those cozy, halfway down the run, rifugio’s. Delicious!!
I too have lots and lots of squeaky fresh village eggs, living in a rural area…., and…. it is Friday evening, *le weekend*, and: WINTERTIME!!
