Anyway, I know about it, have the tiny grains, they taste rather nice, you can sprinkle them on whatever. I also have *the fatty oil*, it tastes a bit bitter, but can be used as a rub, hair-pack, for instance.

Why is that interesting? Even more than IMPRESSIVE: THE LATEST UPDATED INFO lists the AILMENTS A-Z.
Boy I thought: I am IN, got my ESSENTIAL OIL KIT, A-Z, hmm, yes, under N. Nigella Sative. Why under N?? Well: under *Black* or *Cumin* I have other ESSENTIAL OILS that WORK differently.
Oh, btw: it is CHEAP!! The grains (seeds) and the oil, everyone can afford buying that AND TRY it.
Now seriously: What my trade journal PUBLISHES is SERIOUS WELL RESEARCHED INFORMATION, not focussed on *selling*, and of course ONLY for doctors & Orthomolecular Licensed Therapists. (Getting on their email list is a real headache: you have to prove yourself) However: I felt: I am going to SHARE this info!!!
